Next, complete the patient registration form and you'll receive an email confirmation.

A telemedicine visit is as simple as clicking the link to schedule an appointment and selecting a time and date. Instead of going to your doctor's office and having to wait (sometimes hours), you can schedule an appointment at the time you want and wait in the comfort of your own home or wherever you are, as long as you have a good internet connection.
You can use a computer, tablet or cell phone with a camera and internet connection.
Click here to directed to the scheduling page. In the upper left corner of the page under "Patient type" select existing or new. Lastly, select your reason for visiting. Once those two fields are selected you will be able to see the available schedule. You can choose an appointment today or in the future by utilizing the calendar. Once the visit has been scheduled you will receive a text on your phone with a link to join the appointment.

DW Health First is a Fee For Service (FFS) medical practice and does not accept medical insurance. We find the FFS model to be less complicated than utilizing medical insurance and gives the patient a clearly defined price for the medical services rendered with no surprise medical bills down the road.
Yes, we can order any labs that a brick and mortar family practice can order.
Due to the increased government restrictions and safety issues regarding certain medications (hydrocodone, ambien, xanax), DW Health First does not prescribe controlled substances. We know, due to certain problems a patient may have, these medications may be warranted. In such a case we will refer to pain management.
