DW Health First provides telemedicine consultations by licensed healthcare professionals. We do not guarantee outcomes. Services are not substitutes for emergency care. If you experience a medical emergency, dial 911 immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use our services, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. Services are only available in states where our providers are licensed.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete health information.
- Follow treatment plans as prescribed.
- Use our services only for lawful and personal healthcare purposes.
5. Payment & Refunds
You agree to pay all fees for consultations, memberships, and medications. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We strive to maintain reliable telemedicine services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Technical issues may occur.
7. Limitation of Liability
DW Health First is not liable for damages arising from your use of telemedicine services, except as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas and Utah, depending on the state of service delivery.
